First, a little about my world!
Even as a child, I never knew a time in my life when I wasn't creating something whether it was some new recipe, setting the table (including "borrowing" from the neighbors' abundance of flowers-guilty!) or dreaming in color. I have always loved entertaining on any scale.
Almost 14 years ago, I initially started the wedding planning business part-time while my primary career was a Firefighter Paramedic in St. Louis County, Missouri. Believe me, there is nothing like having two careers on opposite ends of a spectrum - very dirty and very glamorous! The only similarity between the two: my capability of being able to handle ANY situation with composure.
After 12 years in emergency services (long 24 hours shifts, lugging dirty hoses in freezing temps, having to make quick decisions for critically sick and injured people at 3 am, and occasionally, crying from the death of child), I took the biggest "leap of faith" of my life and began doing what I LOVE on a full-time basis from my "showroom" in my new home. It has been more than eight years with a lot of personal changes and growth in between, and I have NEVER looked back!

As the owner, my focus is to establish a quality team that strives to create simply elegant and stylish affairs with personal details and limitless creativity. Not only has Weck Events & Weddings had the privilege of serving clients in the major metropolitan St. Louis area and assisting clients internationally who are returning back to St. Louis, but we have had the opportunity travel out of state to make their wedding special.
Our signature style begins with you—~one that reflects your style and taste. Our goal is to make every wedding unique and special, especially yours! We become your partner to determine your inspiration and vision in order to discover what you expect and want to experience at your wedding.

We offer a complimentary, no-obligation introductory meeting - a time for us to discuss your ideas and see which of our services best compliment your needs. This gives you a chance to ask us any questions you may have regarding our services.
Every wedding is unique and requires a different level of service to execute a wonderful event. To assist our potential clients, we have included a fee for a starting point. However, final pricing is determined by many factors such as:

~ size of bridal party
~ number of guests expected
~ ceremony & reception
locations
~ number of vendors involved
~ number of months lead time
After we meet and discuss your event plans, we prepare a carefully planned itemized list and fees. From there, we fine tune your wedding or event details and make any adjustments as necessary.

The service is for the couple who desires the very best in wedding planning, design and coordination. This premium, all-inclusive service provides detailed planning for all aspects of your wedding celebration. We plan, coordinate, and direct the entire event from start to finish with your direction. Assisting you with elegant and creative ideas, as well as a wealth of resources to help you have it all.
